                             JUDGMENT

Dated this the 2nd day of February, 2022

By judgment dated 17.03.2021 in W.P(C) No.6908 of

2021, this Court directed the 1st respondent-State of Kerala to

consider Ext.P5 and to pass orders after affording an

opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of two

months. Alleging violation of the judgment, the writ petitioner is

before this Court.

2. The learned Government Pleader, on instructions,

submits that pursuant to the judgment of this Court, an order has

been passed on 23.11.2021 and therefore, the directions

contained in the judgment in W.P.(C) No.6908 of 2021 stand

complied with.

In the circumstances, the Contempt of Court Case is

closed, recording the above submission made by the learned

Government Pleader.
