        Prayer for interim relief in the Writ Appeal stating that in the
   circumstances stated in the appeal memorandum, the High Court be pleased
   to stay the operation and implementation of judgment dated 08.11.2021 in
   RP No.61 of 2021 and dated 17.12.2019 in W.P.(C) No.33800/2019, pending
   disposal of the Writ Appeal.


        This Writ Appeal again coming on for orders on 01/02/2022 upon
   perusing the appeal memorandum and this Court's order dated 03/01/2022,
   the court on the same day passed the following:
