     Application praying that in the circumstances stated therein
the High Court be pleased to revive and extent the time granted by this
Hon'ble Court in the above Crl.M.C.to deposit the amount as ordered in
Annexure A2 order for a week.




     This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
and this court's final order dated 24/9/2021 in Crl.MC No.4370/2021 and
upon hearing the arguments of M/S ABU MATHEW, AJU MATHEW, Advocates for
the petitioner and PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for R2, the court passed the
following:

                                            ORDER

The 1st Additional Sessions Court, Kozhikode is directed to

dispose of Crl.Appeal No. 71 of 2021 pending on its file within two

weeks from this day. The trial court shall not proceed to execute the

sentence imposed by the judgment assailed in the appeal in the

meantime. The 1st Additional Sessions Court, Kozhikode shall also

report compliance of the direction.
