        Application praying that in the circumstances stated therein
   the High Court be pleased to suspend the sentence imposed on the
   petitioner/appellant by the judgment dated 21.01.2022 in S.C.No.983/2018
   of the Special Court (Fast Track), Thrissur in the interest of justice.


        This Application coming on for admission upon perusing the
   application and upon hearing the arguments of M/S P.K.VARGHESE,
   P.S.ANISHAD, K.R.ARUN KRISHNAN, P.T.MANOJ and SANJANA RACHEL JOSE,
   Advocates for the petitioner and PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the respondent, the
   court passed the following:

                                              ORDER

Execution of the sentence shall stand suspended and accused shall be released on bail on condition that the petitioner executes a bond for Rs.1,00,000/- with two solvent sureties for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the court below and on further condition that the petitioner shall deposit the entire fine amount within one month from today.
