            Review Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein
       the High Court be pleased to review the judgment, as sought for in the
       Review Petition, fixing the date for commencement of trial w.e.f.
       25/04/2022 instead of 28/01/2022, as directed.

            The Review petition again coming on for admission upon perusing
       the petition and this Court's judgment dated 29/11/2021 in
       OP(FC)No.543/2021 & order dated 27/01/2022 in RP No.92/2022 and upon
       hearing the arguments of SRI.T.N. MANOJ, Advocate for the petitioner
       in RP, the Court passed the following:-
