                                        JUDGMENT

The above writ petition is filed with following prayers:

"i) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ, order or direction to the respondent to make an enquiry into Ext.P2 complaint and take necessary action on the basis of such enquiry.

ii) To pass any other writ, order or direction, which this Hon'ble Court deem fit in the interest of justice."

2. The 1st prayer in the writ petition is to make an enquiry

into Ext.P2 complaint. Ext.P2 is a compliant filed before the

District Registrar regarding the mismanagement of a Society.

Ext.P2 complaint is dated 25.06.2012. This writ petition is

pending before this Court from 27.09.2012. There is no interim

order also in this writ petition. Probably, the prayers in this writ

W.P.(C). No. 22600 of 2012

petition is infructuous.

Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
