                         JUDGMENT

Dated this the 30th day of December, 2022

The petitioner had applied for variation of permit in

relation to stage carriage bearing registration No.KL-10-

AF-909, which was operating as an ordinary service. The

variation was granted by Ext.P2 dated 29.08.2022 subject

to settlement of timings in the varied portion only. The

limited prayer of the petitioner is to direct the respondent

to issue the varied regular permit to him in respect of the

stage carriage bearing registration No.KL-10-AF-909

operating on the route Kolakuth-Feroke.

2. Having considered the limited prayer sought for

by the petitioner, I am inclined to dispose of the writ

petition after hearing the learned counsel for the

petitioner and the learned Government Pleader directing

the respondent to convene the timing conference as

expeditiously as possible within a period of six weeks from WP(C) No.43012 of 2022

the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment and to settle

the timing.

The writ petition is disposed of .
