        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to extend the time
   granted for submission of representation before the first respondent as
   per the 1st direction in the judgement in the above WP(C) by a period of 3
   weeks from this date.

   and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments
