        Prayer for interim relief in the Writ Appeal stating that in the
   circumstances stated in the appeal memorandum, the High Court be pleased
   to pass an order staying the operation of the judgment in
   W.P.(C)No.16664/2020 of this Hon'ble Court, pending disposal of this Writ
   Appeal.


        This writ appeal again coming on for orders along with connected
   case on 14/12/2022 upon perusing the appeal memorandum and this court's
   order dated 30/11/2022 the court on the same day passed the following:

                                        O R D E R

Interim order of stay shall stand extended till 05.01.2023.

Post on 04.01.2023.
