                              JUDGMENT

Dated this the 2nd day of December, 2022

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking the

following reliefs:

"i) To issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the 3 rd respondent not to effect any mutation of the property covered by Ext P2 in the interest of justice.

ii) To issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the respondents to consider Ext P9 and pass appropriate orders within a time frame as fixed by this honourable court in the interest of justice."

2. Today, when the matter is taken up, learned counsel

for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ

petition.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
