         JALABHAVAN, THIRUVANANTHAPURAM - 695033.
      2. THE SUPERINTENDING ENGINEER, OFFICE OF THE SUPERINTENDING ENGINEER,
         KERALA WATER AUTHORITY, P.H. CIRCLE, MUVATTUPUZHA, ERNAKULAM -
         686661.

        Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to issue an interim order, permitting the petitioner to execute
   the agreement without insisting for conditions in Exhibit P-3, pending
   disposal of the above Writ Petition(Civil).
        This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
   SRI.M.DINESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of STANDING COUNSEL for
   respondents 1 & 2, the court passed the following:-
                                      ORDER

Admit.

Standing Counsel for the Kerala Water Authority takes notice for the respondents.

In view os the judgments of this Court in WP(C) Nos. 2558 and 4140 of 2022, there will be an interim order in this writ petition directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to execute agreements without insisting on providing Additional Performance Guarantee, provisionally and subject to the outcome of the writ petition.
