                              JUDGMENT

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking the following

reliefs:

1. A writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction to the fourth respondent to renew or issue a fresh passport to the petitioner.

2. A writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction to the first and second respondents to take appropriate action in Exts. P2, P3 and P5 complaints forthwith.

2. However, today, when the matter is taken up for

consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that

the matter has become infructuous.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
