                               JUDGMENT

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking the following

reliefs:

1. Call for the entire records leading upto Ext. P3 and quash the same by the issuance of a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, orders or directions;

2. Declare that Ext. P3 order passed by the first respondent is totally without jurisdiction and beyond the powers conferred on the first respondent.

2. However, today, when the matter is taken up for

consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that

the matter has become infructuous.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
