                            JUDGMENT

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to

respondent Nos. 1 and 2 not to proceed with any coercive steps

against the petitioner and her property on the basis of Ext. P2

complaint filed by the 2nd respondent before the Chief Judicial

Magistrate Court, Manjeri as C.M.P. No. 1434 of 2015 till a final

decision is taken on Ext. P4 representation under Aswas­2016 as per

Circular No. 53/2015 dated 17.12.2015 issued by the 4 th respondent.

2. However, today, when the matter is taken up for

consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that

the matter has become infructuous.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
