        Application praying that in the circumstances stated therein the
   High Court be pleased to issue an order suspending the execution of the
   sentence passed against the petitioner in S.C No 341 of 2013 on the file
   of the Court of the Asst.Sessions Judge, Cherthala and the judgment in
   Criminal Appeal No 201 of 2019 on the file of the Court of Sessions Judge,
   Sessions Division, Alappuzha confirming the conviction and sentence and
   direct them to be released on bail, pending final disposal of the above
   Criminal Revision Petition.
        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and upon hearing the arguments of M/S DARSAN SOMANATH, P.R.JAYASANKAR,
   P.R.JAYASANKAR, SMITHA PHILIPOSE, Advocates for the petitioners and of
   PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the respondent, the court passed the following:
                                      ORDER

The substantive sentence of imprisonment imposed upon the petitioner shall stand suspended upon the petiioner executing a bond for Rs. 50,000/- with two solvent sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate.
