JUDGMENT
The original petition is filed to direct the Court of
the Munsiff, Tirur, to consider and dispose of
I.A.No.7/2022 in O.S.No.59/2022 within a time frame.
2. Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on
19.08.2022, the learned Munsiff(in charge) of the
Court of the Munsiff, Tirur, by communication dated
22.08.2022, has informed this Court that I.A.No.7/2022
is posted for the counter statement of the respondents
to 05.11.2022. As the learned Munsiff is holding
additional charge of the said court and conducting
sittings only twice a week, he requires three months
time to dispose of the application.
3. Heard; Sri. Ahammed Fazil, the learned
counsel appearing for the petitioners, Sri. Biju, the
learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and
2 and Smt. K. Seena, the learned counsel appearing

for the respondents 5 and 7.
4. In the light of the pleadings and materials on
record and after perusing the communication of the
learned Munsiff, in exercise of the supervisory powers
of this Court under Article 227 of the Constitution of
India, I direct the Court of the Munsiff, Tirur, to
consider and dispose of I.A.No.7/2022 in
O.S.No.59/2022, as expeditiously as possible and in
accordance with law, at any rate, within a period of
three months from the date of receipt of a certified
copy of this judgment.
The original petition is ordered accordingly.
