                                       ORDER

When the case is taken up today, the counsel for the

respondent submitted that an affidavit has been filed by the

respondent through e-filing and the physical copy of the same

is made available before this Court.

2. I have gone through the affidavit. The reasons stated

for non compliance with the directions are not convincing and

even suggest an enquiry beyond what is contemplated in the

judgment.

3. In the above circumstances, there will be a direction

to the respondent to purge the contempt on or before

19.08.2022 or to appear in person before this Court on

22.08.2022 if the contempt is not purged.

Post on 22.08.2022.
