        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the

application and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this Court's

judgment    dated   29/11/2016    and   upon    hearing   the   arguments   of

M/S.E.C.POULOSE and BOBBY RAPHEAL C., Advocates for the petitioner and of

M/S.G.KEERTHIVAS and P.R.VENKETESH, Advocates for the 2nd respondent and

PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the 1st respondent, the court passed the following:
