                        ORDER

This review petition is filed pointing out that, by

mistake, this Court has used the term "consider", instead

of "reconsider" in the last paragraph.

2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner points out that

unless there is a direction to reconsider, the judgment will

not be of any benefit to the petitioner.

I find that the submission to be well founded.

Accordingly, the Review Petition is allowed and the

judgment recalled. Post WP(C) No. 17122/2022 on

01.09.2022
