        Prayer for interim relief in the Writ Appeal   stating that in the
   circumstances stated in the appeal memorandum the   High Court be
   pleased to stay the opertation of and all further   proceedings pursuant to
   Exhibit P10 order of the first respondent and the   impugned judgment in
   WP(C)No.11418/2022, pending disposal of the above   Writ Appeal.


        This Writ Appeal coming on for admission on 29.04.2022 upon perusing
   the appeal memorandum, the court on the same day passed the following:

Post in the usual course.

On consideration of the pleadings and materials on record,and hearing the learned counsel appearing for the appellant, we are satisfied that the appellant is entitled to interim order.

Hence, we stay all further proceedings pursuant to Ext.P10 order passed by the 1st respondent and also the operation of the judgment in WP(C)No.11418/22 until further orders.
