ORDER
The State brief appointed for the appellant is absent.The maximum substantive sentence awarded is 5 years of rigorous imprisonment.The judgment is dated 19/7/17.The Public Prosecutor shall ascertain and report whether the appellant has undergone the sentence or not.
Post immediately after vacation before appropriate Bench.
