the High Court be pleased to suspend the execution of sentence passed vide
Judgment dated 21.04.2022 in SC No.86/2015 passed by the Special Court for
SC/ST (POA) Act Cases, Manjeri, and be further pleased to enlarge the
petitioner on bail, till the disposal of the Crl.Appeal.




     This Application coming on for admission upon perusing the
application and upon hearing the arguments of M/S K.K.DHEERENDRAKRISHNAN
and N.P.ASHA, Advocates for the petitioner and PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the

petitioner on his executing bond for Rs.25,000/- (Rupees

Twenty five thousand only) with two solvent sureties

each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the

Jurisdictional Court.
