                         JUDGMENT

Petitioner has preferred Ext.P3 application, requesting to

permit the petitioner to compound the offence under the

provisions of Kerala Minor Mineral Concession Rules 2015

and Mines & Minerals (Developmental & Regulation) Act and

seeking release of his vehicle bearing Reg.No.KL-65-K-7197.

In view of the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, the

above writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 1 st

respondent, to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3 within a

period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this

judgment.
