        Prayer for interim relief in the Writ Appeal stating that in the
   circumstances stated in the appeal memorandum the High Court be pleased to
   stay the construction of any structure in front of Appellants' shop room
   situated in Sy.No.439/33, 439/21, 439/34 and Sy.No.439/23 of Vadakkencheri
   1 Village, Alathur Taluk, Palakkad on the side of NH 544 pending final
   disposal of this appeal.

        This Writ Appeal coming on for admission on 19/04/2022 upon perusing
   the appeal memorandum, the court on the same day passed the following:
