        Application praying that in the circumstances stated therein, the
   High Court may be pleased to suspend the execution of the sentence imposed
   on the petitioner vide judgment dated 24/09/2021 in Criminal Appeal No.
   53/2019 of the Sessions Judge, Kalpetta in STC 65/2018 of the Judicial
   First Class Magistrate Court, Kalpetta dated 30/5/2019.


        This Application coming on for admission, upon perusing the
   application and upon hearing the arguments of SMT. CELINE JOSEPH, Advocate
   for the petitioner and the Public Prosecutor for the second respondent,
    the court passed the following:

                                            ORDER

The sentence imposed upon the petitioner shall stand suspended on condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for Rs. 50,000/- with two solvent sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate and also on depositing an amount of Rs. 15,000/- within a period of one month.
