           USHA, AGED 53 YEARS, W/O. SURENDRAN, T.C.22/31, USHUS BHAVAN,
           THITTAKKUDI LANE, PUTHENKOTTA, MANACAUD P.O., THIRUVANANTHAPURAM,
           PIN-695 009

         OP (Rent Control) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the OP (RC) the High Court be
   pleased to issue an interim order, staying all further proceedings in EP
   No. 288/2015 in RCP No. 99/2012 on the file of Principal Munsiff's Court,
   Thiruvananthapuram and the operation of Exhibit P11 order dated 03-03-2022
   ordering delivery on 15-03-2022, pending disposal of the Original Petition
   (RC).


        This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of OP (RC) and this court's order dated
   11-03-2022 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S AYYAPPAN SANKAR &
   S.HRIDYA, Advocates for the petitioner, the court passed the following:
