             Application praying that in the circumstances stated therein the
    High Court be pleased to stay operation of disparaging, adverse remarks
    mentioned in ANNEXURE A1 Judgment, pending disposal of CRL M.C.

           This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
    application and this courts order dated 22/12/2021 in CRL.M.A.NO.1/2021
    and upon hearing the arguments of BIJU BALAKRISHNAN, SRI.T.S.SARATH,
    SMT.V.S.RAKHEE, SMT.K.J.GISHA, Advocates for the petitioner and of
    PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the respondent, the court passed the following:


                                      ORDER

Interim order shall stand extended by two months.
