                           J U D G M E N T

The first petitioner is an existing stage carriage

operator. He intends to transfer the permit in favour of

the second petitioner. For this purpose, they have

submitted Ext.P2 joint application for transfer. An

expeditious consideration of the same is sought for.

2. Heard.

3. Without expressing anything on the merits, this

writ petition is disposed of directing the first

respondent to consider Ext.P2 joint application for

transfer preferably in the next RTA meeting and at any

rate within a period of two months from the date of

receipt of a copy of this judgment. If circumstances

warrant, it shall be open for the authority to have the

application considered by circulation in terms of Rule WP(C) NO. 11416 OF 2022

130 of the Kerala Motor Vehicles Rules.
