   Court be pleased to stay all further proceedings,including the demarcation of common way,pursuant
   to the Judgment and Decree dated 18.01.2021 in AS.No.183/2017 on the ﬁles of Additional District
   Judges Court-II (Special), Kottayam and the Order and Final Decree dated 19.06.2017 in
   IA.No.682/2009 in OS.No.310/1997 on the ﬁles of Munsiﬀ court, Ettumanoor, pending the disposal of
   appeal.
