     This Writ Appeal again coming on for orders on 30.09.2021 upon
perusing the appeal memorandum and this Court's order dated
26.08.2021, the court on the same day passed the following:

                              ORDER

We are apprised that due to certain

misunderstandings, the representative of the Writ

petitioners was not interested in further mediatory

process etc. However, with some effort, we could

persuade learned Counsel appearing for both sides to

convince their parties to pursue the mediatory process in

the right spirit. Both sides submit that their respective

representatives will be present before the Mediator on

6.10.2021 at 10.15 pm.

This Court would call upon both sides to show

maximum co-operation in the mediatory process. The

mediator may take earnest steps to ensure that

mediatory process is completed without much delay and Writ Appeal No.529/2016

report of the final outcome of the mediation process may

be filed without much delay.

List this matter on 16.11.2021.
