THIS CONTEMPT OF COURT CASE (CIVIL) HAVING COME UP FOR ADMISSION

ON 24.09.2021, THE COURT ON THE SAME DAY DELIVERED THE FOLLOWING:
 C.O.(C) No. 624/2019 :2:

Dated this the 24th day of September, 2021.

                             JUDGMENT

This Contempt Case is filed complaining that the directives

contained in the judgment dated 10th July, 2018 is not complied with.

2. However, today, when the matter is taken up for

consideration, the learned Senior Government Pleader has produced

the order dated 10.09.2021 issued by the Sub Collector, Fort Kochi,

from where I am satisfied that the directions issued by this Court is

complied with. The learned counsel for the petitioners also agreed

with the same. Therefore, I do not find any reason to proceed with the

contempt case any further.

Accordingly, this contempt petition is closed.
