     Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to extend the time
limit granted in the judgment dated 17.03.2021 for a further period 3
months so that the respondents would get time to scrutinize the
applications made by each petitioners and pass orders.
     This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
application and the affidavit filed in support thereof,and this court's
order dated 03/08/2021 in IA 1/2021 and upon hearing the arguments
of SRI.DEEPU THANKAN Advocates for the Petitioners in IA/respondents in
WP(C) and of M/S. V.PREMCHAND & SURYA MOHAN P, Advocates for the
Respondents in IA/petitioners in WP(C), the court passed the following:

                                    ORDER

When the matter was taken up, the learned standing

counsel for the KSRTC submitted that the petitioner was

ordered to be transferred to Mananthavadi, which was stayed

by this court. In the general transfer, he has been transferred

back and posted Thiruvananthapuram central. This

submission is taken on record. Hence the IA.No.1 of 2021 is

closed.
