                                   JUDGMENT

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2 nd

respondent to take up Ext.P2 and P3 and conciliate the dispute.

2. A statement has been filed on behalf of 2 nd respondent

stating that the conciliation proceedings held on 11.02.2021 and

05.03.2021 has ended in failure and a report has been filed, as per

Annexure R2(a), to the Secretary to the Government of India,

Ministry of Labour and Employment.

In view of the aforesaid statement, this writ petition has become

infructuous. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
