                                              ORDER

The learned Senior Government Pleader submits that short time

may be granted to enable him to get instructions, as the contempt case is

coming up for admission for the first time and that he would give strict

directives and instructions to the respondent-Officer to immediately

comply with the directions and orders passed by this Court, as per

Annexure-A1 judgment dated 19.08.2020 in W.P(C) No.15798/2020, in

case the same has not so far been complied with and seeks two weeks'

time in that regard. In view of this fair submission made by the learned

Senior Government Pleader, this Court is not now issuing notice in the

contempt proceedings.
