                                             ORDER

Sri.K.Janardhana Shenoy, the learned counsel appearing for the

Kochi Corporation submits that on 22.09.2021, permission has been

granted to the petitioner by the Corporation to draw the pipeline without

causing any damage to the drainage. The standing counsel appearing

for the water authority submits that expeditious steps shall be taken to

comply with the direction in the judgment.

Post after two weeks, within which time the respondents shall

ensure that the directions in the judgment are strictly complied with.

Personal appearance of the respondents are dispensed with for the

time being.
