        Op (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in
   the affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to stay
   all further proceedings pursuant to judgment dated 6.8.2021 in C.M.A
   No.11/2017 on the file of Principal Sub Court, Kottarakkara.
        This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
   M/S. HARISH GOPINATH & ARYA UNNIKRISHNAN, Advocates for the petitioner,
   the court passed the following:

Admit.

Issue notice to the respondent through speed post.

There shall be an interim stay of operation of Ext.P6 judgment for a period of one month.
