      Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit
filed therewith the High Court be pleased to extent the time for repayment
by a reasonable period as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court in the interest
of justice.

      This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this court's judgment dated
03.03.2021 and upon hearing the arguments of N.L.BITTO, Advocate for the
petitioner and of SRI.T.N.MANOJ Advocate for the respondent, the court

                                             ORDER

This is an application seeking extension of time for

payment stipulated in the judgment dated 3.3.2021. On

behalf of the respondent it is submitted that the time

limit can be extended up to 31.10.2021 as a last

chance. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

the petitioner undertakes to comply with the terms of

the compromise within the extended period. This is

recorded and the time limit is extended up to

31.10.2021.
