JUDGMENT
The counsel for the petitioner submitted that, in the light
of the decision of the Full Bench in W.P.(C.) No. 6433 of 2009
and connected cases, this writ petition need not be retained.
But the counsel submitted that, if there is any fresh cause of
action to the petitioner, the petitioner may be allowed to
approach the authorities concerned, in accordance to law.
Therefore, this writ petition is closed, granting liberty to
the petitioner to approach the authorities concerned, if there is
any fresh cause of action.
