  affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the
  enforcement of the judgment passed by the Rent Control Appellate
  Authority, Kozhikode in RCA 167/2017 pending disposal of the Rent Control
  Revision.

       This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
  petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this court's
  order dated 12.3.2021 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S B.KRISHNAN &
  R.PARTHASARATHY, Advocates for the petitioner and of Sri. A.S. SASIDHARAN,

Interim order is extended for a period of three months, on

condition that the petitioner-tenant shall pay arrears of rent as on

date, within a period of one month, and shall continue to pay

monthly rent for the subsequent period, without any default,

during the pendency of this revision.
