                          JUDGMENT

Dated this the 10th day of September, 2021

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the

petitioners do not want to prosecute the writ petition further

and they have filed a memo to withdraw the writ petition with

liberty to file a fresh writ petition.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the 3 rd

respondent would contradict the statements contained in the

memo dated 27.08.2021 and would submit that the petitioners

may not be permitted to withdraw the writ petition based on

the said statement.

In view of the objections raised by the 3 rd

respondent, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn leaving

all questions open.
