        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation
   of the decree and judgment in O.P No. 775/2017 dated 13.11.2020 on the
   files of the Family Court,Kannur,until the final disposal of the above
   numbered Matrimonial Appeal.
        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments
   of MR. NANDAGOPAL S.KURUP, Advocate for the applicant, the court passed
