        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to extend the time
   granted by this Honourable Court to the parties to personally appear
   before the 2nd respondent in furtherance to the judgment dated 22.10.2020
   in W.P.(C) 21322/2020 for a further period of 10 months from 23.08.2021,
   to meet the ends of justice.


        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this Court's judgment
   dated 22.10.2020 and upon hearing the arguments of M/s LIJI.J.VADAKEDOM
   and REXY ELIZABETH THOMAS, Advocates for the petitioner in I.A./WP(C) and
   of Sri.S.SUDHEESH KUMAR, STANDING COUNSEL for R1 and R2 , the court passed
