        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation
   of the impugned judgment dated 19.07.2017 in CMA No.11/2016 on the file of
   the Court of Subordinate Judge, Kannur, by staying all further proceedings
   in O.S No.119/2014 on the file of the Court of Munsiff, Kannur, pending
   disposal of this civil revision petition.

        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this court's
   order dated 19.03.2021 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S SRINATH
   GIRISH & V NAMITHA, Advocates for the petitioners and of SRI.K.R.AVINASH &
   SRI.ABDUL RAOOF PALLIPATH, Advocates for the respondent, the court passed
   the following:
