        This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and this court's order dated
   11.11.2020 and upon hearing the arguments of Mr T.K.VIPINDAS, Advocate for
   the petitioner and of GOVERNMENT PLEADER for respondents 3 to 8, the court
   passed the following:
