        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the judgment
   and decree dated 19.11.2019 in AS.No.7/2019 on the file of the Sub Court,
   Kochi arising out of the judgment and decree dated 31.08.2018 in
   OS.No.432/2010 of the Munsiff Court, Kochi, till the disposal of the RSA.
        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's
   order dated 04.01.2021 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.
   G.KRISHNAKUMAR, B.S.SOORAJ KRISHNA, Advocates for the petitioners and of
