                         J U D G M E N T

The petitioner has submitted Ext.P5 representation

before the first respondent seeking cancellation of

affiliation of the 4th respondent in the third

respondent Union and the cancellation of nomination of

respondents 4 and 5 to the second respondent Federation.

An expeditious consideration of the same is sought.

2. In the nature of the relief claimed and being

granted, I do not propose to go into the merits of the

contentions.

3. Without expressing anything on merits, the writ

petition is disposed of directing the first respondent

to consider Ext.P5, with due notice to the petitioner

and respondents 4 and 5, within a period of six weeks W. P. (C) No.17747 of 2021

from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
