        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay operation of
   the judgment and decree dated 17.01.2013 in OS.No.51/2007 on the file of
   the Hon'ble Munsiff Court, Ponnani which is confirmed in AS.No.18/2013
   dated 05.06.2020 on the file of the Hon'ble Additional District Judge of
   Tirur.
        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's
   oder dated 02.06.2021 and upon hearing the arguments of DEEPA NARAYANAN,
   ASHA MARIAM MATHEWS, Advocates for the petitioners, the court passed the
   following:
