        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation
   of the judgment and decree of AS.26/2018 dated 14.08.2020 of the
   Addl.District Judge-III, Mavelikara, Judgment and Decree in OS.06/2012 of
   the Munsiff's Court, Mavelikara dated 12.12.2017 pending disposal of the
   second appeal.
        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's
   order dated 22.01.2021 and upon hearing the arguments of S.K.SAJI,
   SRI.C.B.SREEKUMAR, Advocates for the petitioner and of SRI.R.ANILKUMAR,
   Advocate for the respondents 1 to 5, the court passed the following:
                                      ORDER

Interim order stands extended by a period of four months.
