        Op (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in
   the affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to stay
   all further proceedings in EP.162/2016 in OS.69/2013 on the file of the
   Subordinate Judges Court, Kozhikode pending the above original petition.

        This petition again coming on for admission upon perusing the
   petition and the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and this court's
   order dated 25.03.2021 and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.
   M.KRISHNAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.V.SURENDRAN &
