   the affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to stay
   the operation of the decree and judgment passed by the Additional Sub
   court, Kottayam in O.S No. 3/2020 pending disposal of the Original
   Petition.


        This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and this court's order dated
   8/4/2021 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S G.HARIHARAN, PRAVEEN.H,
